I enjoyed the hotel layout. It felt spread out, so one could experience everything comfortably. The limited number of rooms. Customer service was really good. Professional staff were always available. The food was tasty too!

buffet restaurant dining options slow service rude servers

the buffet restaurant had a good selection. the beach was lovely. i liked that there were many dining options to choose from. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

room service was slow, it took about 2 hours. some of the servers were rude, especially near the diamond club grill by the pool.. the young lady serving was especially unhelpful. this impacted my experience negatively.

The rooms were perfectly equipped. I found sufficient storage space with drawers. The location by the beach WAS very good.

The hotel played LOUD music until late. Staff were not attentive. I tried calling several times to ask to lower the volume. Nobody took it seriously!

A Peaceful Stay with Excellent Amenities

The hotel grounds were well kept. It was a peaceful experience. The entire beach offered white sand and no rocky areas. I appreciated the coffee shop. It was designed with glass, so I could enjoy the bay view in a cool environment. glass design

The room needed updates. It was also small. There were little or no necessities provided in the room. I had to request towels.
